The final archive delivery should include the following:

  • Color grading project file including all linked media and VFX 

  • Ungraded UHD 23.98 4444 16bit Full Frame DPX sequence (for future exploitation) of QC approved film.

  • Title and main & end credits project file if created/revised by lab

VFX Archive

All final VFX Shots should already be represented among the Video Master, Picture Editorial, and other post production deliverables.

When possible, please provide the following additional assets via hard drive or Aspera upload:

Volumetric Scans

Includes 3D scans of actors in costume, props, buildings, constructed sets, locations, and other physical assets. Common forms include lidar scans, cyber scans, HDRI scans, and photogrammetry. These used to create digital CG models of assets and backgrounds.

VFX Assets

Includes any other digital files that go into creating the final version of VFX assets and VFX shots including geometry, motion/performance capture data, deformation data, bitmaps, animation/rigging, textures, matte paintings, lighting, and miniatures.
