Fully executed copies of all agreements for cast and crew are required. Copies of the agreements for the principal cast (inclusive of any featured voices (including, without limitation, all narration) and cameo appearances), key crew (e.g., director, director of photography, costume designer, production designer, editor, screenwriter(s) (inclusive of all agreements for all rewrites and the like), author of any underlying work, (or other owner of the underlying work, if applicable), producer(s), unit production manager, 1st assistant director, 2nd assistant director, music producers (if applicable), etc.) and all Releases for all individuals appearing in the Picture (regardless of the context in which they appear).  All Nudity Consent Forms, to the extent any nudity (or partial nudity) appears in the Picture, shall be provided and shall conform, if applicable, to SAG requirements (or shall conform to the SAG requirements as if applicable). All Agreements and Releases shall include work-for-hire language in accordance with U.S. copyright law and language that prevents injunctive relief.
