For all projects, the Union Residuals Schedule (templates can be found below) must always be filled out.

Additional documents must be provided as set forth below: 

Additional Residual Documents: One (1) of the following sets of documents must be provided:

  1. Union Residual Schedule and Residuals Set Up Confirmation: If the Licensor is responsible for residual set-up and residual payment obligations, Licensor shall provide correspondence or the residual set up agreement from the residual company for the Picture confirming the following has been received: all materials necessary to set up a residuals account in the name of Fox Entertainment Studios to handle calculation and payment of any and all residuals owed to the respective guilds with jurisdiction over the Picture. In addition, Licensor must provide a completed Union Residuals Schedule and the underlying residual documents used for the residual set-up.

  2. Union Residual Schedule and Applicable Guild Materials: If the project was produced under a collective bargaining agreement, check the box next to each applicable union and provide all required guild materials as indicated under the Required Documents tab of the Union Residual Schedule.

  3. Union Residual Schedule and No Union Residuals Statement: If the project was not produced under any collective bargaining agreements, check the “No Collective Bargaining Agreements” box and provide a signed statement confirming the project is not subject to the jurisdiction of any unions or guilds (template to be provided by FES).
