A timecoded list of all potentially offensive dialogue or action that may need to be dubbed over or edited in order to air on a rated television broadcast. If there is no offensive dialogue, action, or sexual content, a signed written statement upon which Distributor may rely must be provided by Licensor. If a clean version of the picture already exists, digital delivery of highest resolution, UHD and HD formats will be needed.
