One (1) copy of the United States Copyright Registration duly stamped by the U.S. Copyright Office for the underlying material from which the Picture was derived (e.g. the screenplay); provided, however, that if the stamped registration statement has not yet been received by Producer, Producer shall deliver the following supporting documentation: 

• Copy of the application for copyright registration of the material

• Acknowledgement of uploaded deposit

• Confirmation of receipt

• Payment receipt

These items should be auto-generated emails from the copyright office.
