Copyright Search Report with Legal Opinion from Clearance Unlimited, Dennis Angel, Thomson & Reuters, or other reputable / industry-accepted clearance company confirming that the Chain of Title is correct and meets with Licensor’s representations, warranties and agreements as contained in the Agreement Such report shall be dated within sixty (60) days of the delivery date of the attached Deal Memo/Distribution Agreement.

Fox Entertainment Studios can accept a combined Title Research Report, Copyright Report and legal opinion from Clearance Unlimited for Items 26 and 27.

As titles are subject to change, please do not process a title/copyright search report without prior approval from Fox Entertainment Studios.
