A current Title Research Report with Legal Opinion from Clearance Unlimited, Dennis Angel, Thomson & Reuters or other reputable / industry-accepted clearance company confirming the title is cleared for use of the Picture for exploitation in all media. Such report shall be dated within sixty (60) days of the delivery date of the attached Deal Memo/Distribution Agreement.

Distributor can accept a combined Title Research Report, Copyright Report and legal opinion from Clearance Unlimited for Items 26 and 27.

As titles are subject to change, please do not process a title/copyright search report without prior approval from Fox Entertainment Studios.
