For Product Placement, a template will be provided and must be filled out and signed, it being understood that there should be no product placement unless pre-approved by Distributor. If Distributor has approved product placement(s), a copy of all agreement(s) for any placement(s) should be attached to the Product Placement Disclaimer form. For Trade Out Agreements / Product Integration Log, provides details for all approved trade outs including product item, company, value, accompanying agreements, etc.
