Features only; UCC Search not required for Series (scripted or unscripted)

One (1) current certified UCC Search of Licensor and production company (if different from Licensor) (from a reputable service, i.e. Parasec) from the following states: (i) California; (ii) the state of Licensor’s principal place of business; (iii) the state of production company's principal place of business (if different from Licensor); and (iv) the place of principal photography of the Picture.  To the extent that liens exist non-disturbance agreements in a form acceptable to Distributor shall be put in place.  Each report must include copies of all referenced filings that have not been terminated, if any, and shall specifically identify the collateral.
