Delivery of all Facility and Laboratory Access letters indicating that Distributor has been granted complete access to all production elements and masters that have not been delivered to Distributor (e.g., film prints, original digital files).

If applicable, lab access to all 35mm elements, if available, including but not limited to the fully assembled original negative, interpositive, the internegative and any available answer prints or the full feature.
