Digital Still Photographs

• If applicable, Producer shall deliver no more than 1000 photos total for approval

• At least (50) approved original Color Digital Still Photographs (which may not be behind the scenes) as both 300 dpi .tif or RAW files and jpeg files (.tiff/RAW files preferred) which shall provide comprehensive coverage of all aspects of the Picture, primarily different scenes including but not limited to single and combination shots of the principal actors suitable for advertising and publicity purposes.  

• All approved gallery shots in color (posed photographs of the principal actors) as 300 dpi RAW and jpeg files. A gallery shot consists of posed cast photos taken against a solid background, which allows the graphic designer to position actor(s) in any background or scenario. Gallery shots are used to create key art and other marketing creative elements. 

• At least twenty (20) Approved Behind the Scenes photographs of the principal actors must be delivered in addition to the other required digital stills.  

• If applicable, producer shall deliver a statement by Producer that all principal actor photographs have been previously approved by all such individuals that may have approval rights regarding such photographs. DO NOT DELIVER UNAPPROVED PHOTOS. All Photographs and existing artwork must be cleared for usage in all rights, in all territories, and in all media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity. All photographs must be delivered on a flash drive or digitally.

Stills Log

• A stills log including the following information:

  • Photographer name

  • Cast member and character name

  • Scene description
